Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Overview

At DESIKHANANYC, we ensure high-quality food service for corporate catering and ongoing food supply. However, if an issue arises, we provide refunds or replacements under certain conditions.

  1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

*The wrong items were delivered

*The food was spoiled, contaminated, or unsaf

*The delivery was significantly late (beyond agreed timelines)

*The order was not delivered due to our mistake

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

*Change of mind or adjustments after delivery

*Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)

*Orders placed with incorrect details (wrong address, incorrect time, etc.)

  1. Cancellation Policy

Since we handle bulk corporate orders, cancellations must be made in advance:

*Orders under $1,000: Cancel at least 36 hours before delivery

*Orders above $1,000: Cancel at least 48 hours before delivery

*Recurring food supply contracts: Require a 7-day notice for cancellation

  1. Refund Process

*To request a refund:

*Contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

*Provide order details and photo evidence (if applicable).

*We will review the request and respond within 48 hours.

  1. Refund Method

*Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

*For corporate accounts, refunds may be adjusted against future invoices.
